Hi, I’m Zoe Hardin (pronounced like toe). I am a former collegiate volleyball player turned Registered Dietitian. I currently work as a performance dietitian at UNLV!

I am passionate about encouraging positive body image & advocating for mental health. I want to inspire everyone who visits my blog & for each of you leave here feeling more confident & to know that you’re not alone. All of my posts are based off true events & I tell most of them through satire & sarcasm.

I’m so glad you’re here :)

  • I battled disordered eating, over training & under appreciating my body for years. I’m here to encourage others through their own struggles, while I fight my own with them.

  • I love lifting & I tolerate running. I enjoy trying new foods & recipes, although I should be better at cooking since I have a degree in it. I try to live a balanced lifestyle & practice moderation in everything I do.

  • I built my entire identity around being an athlete, & have been on the journey of redefining myself ever since my career ended. I hope I can inspire/challenge current & former athletes to do the same.

Watch this short video to learn a little more about me, my story, and my “why.”

This longer video digs deeper into why I am so passionate about spreading awareness and normalizing this topic. You’ll find a break down of the statistics and hear real conversations about the prevalence of this issue in our culture and why it matters now more than ever. If you’re here, I guarantee you will benefit from watching!
